API Endpoint to change LAN port to WAN2 on MX

Hi all,

the subject says it ... I would like to change my LAN2 port on an MX67  to WAN2 to use it as the secondary WAN. But I don't find the corresponding API-call ... Any hints?

Hope you have all a great holiday-time, Karsten

Hi Karsten, you can do this by using the updateDeviceManagementInterface API endpoint and set WAN2 as enabled. This will complet the conversion 😉

Is there a way to do this for multiple devices at once? Kind of like the clone switch API endpoint but for the update device management interface?

This call needs the serial-number of the device. You have to get all the serials of all intended networks and iterate over this list.
