Anytime that happens it's almost always an issue on the back-end of the mainframe, basically 'the meraki dashboard side'. Only thing you can do is inform them.
One a couple occasions I get the "view failed to load". Hasn't happened in a while. If it's constant I'd put in a support ticket and check if everything is ok on their side.
