Where do I find my 8 digit customer number?

I have been trying to gain technical help and it keeps asking for my 8 digit customer number, I have been though the help tab which it indicates I can find it there but still am unable to find it, can anybody help please?

Hi, 

once logged in...just click on your username and a drop down menu will open on which the customer number is visible.
