Unable to open a support case through the Support Center

I am trying to open a case from the Support Center, but when I attempt to do so, a notification box within the page appears that cannot be fully displayed (as shown in the image).

I initially thought it was a browser issue, so I tried using other browsers and even from a mobile device (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Chrome Mobile). The error is exactly the same across all the browsers mentioned.
