Unable to assign full Administration on Dashboard

Dear Community,

I am currently facing a challenge while managing an organization's administration. The system returns the following error:

"Error creating network admin: you cannot assign limited network admin roles to full organization admins."

I hold full organization administration privileges, so I suspect this issue might be related to a recent update from Cisco. If anyone has encountered this issue before or has insights on how to resolve it, I would greatly appreciate your assistance and advice!

What are you trying to do? The Error indicates you are trying to give lesser perms to someone who already has full org perms.

If someone needs access to only specific networks their org rights need to be read-only or none.

I'm trying to upgrade someone's organization(read) only access to full Organization access and I face the above error when am trying to save the change

If you've already tried a different browser, clearing cache, etc, I would suggest contacting support. That error does not coincide with what you are saying you are doing.

You could also just delete them and readd them and see if that works.
