Trial / Demo Network

Friends,

We have a client who has asked us to build a PoC network for them so they can do some tests, we have all the hardware needed for this, I need to set an expectation with them on how long this will be for without licences, but I can not remember what the grace period is, is it 30 days ?

TIA

Hi @GaryShainberg , as you’ve already stated you’ll have a 30 day grace period without having any trial licenses in play.

I'm not sure you can create a brand new org+network, add kit to it, and have it run without licences.  That would need to be tested (or can someone verify if that works?).

You can definitely add kit to an already existing licenced org, and go into licence violation mode for 30 days.

You certainly can @PhilipDAth - I’ve done it before.  The dashboard will whine about license violation but it’ll run for 30 days
