Some SAML users unable to access some Organisation in MSP mode

We are using MSP mode. We have an odd issue where one of our tech who was able to access all Org for for a long time, is now unable to access once of the Meraki Org. Simply does not show in the MSP Org Drop down. We've tried checking he is in the relevant group like other users who are not having issues. Remove and re-add him etc. This has no efect.

 

We've lodged a case with Meraki support and they've been no help, after taking ages to come back to us and sugest changing things that makes no sense (changing SAML url, that would have effected all users).

 

Posting this here hoping someone might have come across this and can provide some clue?

Cancel that. Just got him to check his access again and now its working! No idea why or how. AFAIK no changes made on our end.
