Service notice - Dashboard DNS issue

Good day Community,

 

Please be aware that we are currently investigating issues resolving Dashboard URLs. 

 

Our internal teams are aware and recovery efforts are underway, but you may continue to see some disruption for now.

This should be resolved as of 10:04AM UTC.

 

Given that this was related to DNS, the fix took a few minutes to propagate. If you are still encountering issues, please make sure you clear the DNS cache in case of stale entries and get in touch with Support if you require further assistance or are observing further impact in your networks.

@jp14 , could you please give it another try. It may have just taken a tidbit to propagate. I've just tested it on my side and n142 loaded correctly.

We still receive a Server error page on n58.dashboard.meraki.com, not DNS error.

Coincidentally, we've been setting up SAML SSO login for a Meraki Organization. We're getting the "Server Error" page. Could this be due to the DNS issues? Or do we have to look somewhere else?

Don't suppose there is an update on the Server error issue at all is there? Our VPN has been down most of the morning now. We do have a support request raised, but it said it was raised a severity 4, but clearly its much higher than this for us.

If you do not believe it is a Sev4 issue, and it is impacting business, you need to call in to support. Simply raising a ticket and waiting for someone to grab it, is not enough.

 

If there's a Business impact - call support.
