SMS alerts delay

I saw there was / is an issue with MT alerts however I wanted to mention that I am seeing delays of SMS alerts with MS and MR devices as well. 

I did some work on a switch this afternoon between 13:18-13:45 NZ time and I only received SMS alerts at 15:24 to say the equipment had gone offline and come back online.

@BlakeRichardson - I (too) took a MX105 offline at 7:53PM CDT and got notifications at 10:22PM CDT.  So I concur with your discovery of delayed SMS alerts.
