SD-WAN Renewal with VMX Not Calculating Right

Looking to see if anyone has dealt with this scenario and gotten it fixed.

Doing a renewal for a Co-Term Org with SD-WAN Plus MXs PLUS a VMX which is SEC.

The ordering system has split the key into two keys. One with the SDW MXs, and one with the VMX and everything else.

This breaks the renewal calculation. I can renew with one key and then add the other, but I lose time at that point.  Support tells me just do one as renew and add the other, when I reiterate the aforementioned issues they  say they can't merge the keys because they can't touch keys until after the 30 day RMA period.  Disti contacted CS who just routed the case to support and said the same thing basically ignoring the problem. My customer paid for 3 years they want 3 years of renewal.

Support also mentioned this was because of the VMX and MXs being at different license levels and was related to adding SEC to VMX. I think some of us might remember that when they added SEC for VMX there was some screwiness and some got fixed but it seems this use case is still floating unresolved.

If you have dealt with this scenario and have a reference case of any type where it was fixed, I'd love if it could be shared (DM is ok) so I can try to flag it.

Thanks!

Alas, you can no longer use mismatched keys for co-term.

You'll need to return the VMX SEC licence and replace it with a VMX SD-WAN Plus licence.

That doesn't exist. VMX has ENT and SEC. That's the whole problem. They added sec and removed all the code to allow mismatches instead of adjusting it.
