Remove an Unclaim

How can i remove and then unclaim one MG51E from an deactivated organisation?

If no one has access to the old organisation you will need to reach out to support with proof of purchase.

Prerequisites:

• You have to be the organization administrator.
• Make sure the device is not connected to any network.

Steps to Follow:

• Navigate to Inventory and select the device.
• For Co-termination Licensing Click Unclaim.
• For Per-Device Licensing: Click Actions and then select Remove from Organization.

Remamber:

If you can't remove any device from an organization due to non-payment you must contact Meraki Support.
