Profile's Not showing in Dashboard

When I open up a device page is shows I have restrictions on that device under a profile. But when I go to the "Settings" tab it does not show any profiles. It says that my devices are online but their restrictions are not showing in the "settings" tab so that I can change/update them. I'd put a case in with support. That's an odd issue.

@jag1  have you created settings at all? What you could be seeing on the device is the generic Meraki MDM profile which explains that this allows Meraki to implement restrictions and have control of the devices.


If you have created settings and they are no longer there then as @kYutobi  mentioned I would open a support case.
