Yes I have tried multiple browser , multiple Orgs , multiple networks , multiple devices type and Yes I'm Org admin.

Seems like the Start capture button stays grayed out at the time of writing this.

Anyone else ?

I remember also facing this problem. But I don't know what it was. I think something browser related. Have you tried a private window?

Known issue/new issue. It's already being investigated for resolution.

Thanks Ryan !

Could that be included  on the Meraki status page in the near future ?

Welcome to the Meraki Status Page. This page is designed to communicate incidents that impact many customers, an entire service, device type, or region. It does not reflect scheduled maintenance or service

outages that fall below the threshold mentioned above.

Or it falls into the category 'service outages that fall below the treshold mentioned'.  It could probably save a lot of time of processing duplicate tickets since  no one is aware that this is a known issue

I have zero influence on that, but I don't disagree.

In your honest opinon , should I contact my SE or Support to give that suggestion ? ( Or the give your feedback button )

Your SE and the feedback button

And, until resolved a workaround is click in the duration field and click enter. It will start the capture. Clicking enter again acts as a stop action (if you do so before the duration completes on its own).

It did not work for we using the duration field, hope it come back soon...

Make sure your cursor is in the duration field then press ENTER/RETURN key
