Not able to login meraki dashboard

Hi All

My name is Nicko from Indonesia. I am newbie to use meraki cisco.

Sorry to disturb to you all guys, I dont know start from where.

My office lost any documentation about login to meraki dashboard, its mean my office lost email and password accout to login meraki dashboard.

My office have meraki order number, cisco order number and dashboard licensi key.

I already sent email to support@meraki.com . Is my procedure is true or not ? If not, could you guys , share information what we shoud do ?

Meraki support are your best option here for assistance with getting access to your Org dashboard.
