New customer-Dashboard not possible

Hi there,

 

I am trying to build a new dashboard-account for one of our customers. But I do not get the confirmation mail.
I tried to resend, but still no luck. The mailbox itself is working. I am able so send mails to that mailbox.

What can I do? I even tried to update the mail address to another one, but I do not get the confirmation mail.
