New admin unable to receive confirmation email

I've created a new admin account, but the new admin is not receiving the Meraki confirmation email. Even after resending the confirmation, no email is received. I checked the mail flow and nothing is reaching our email server.

I suggest you open a support case. Have you checked your spam folder?

Created ticket, awaiting their reply. Have inspected spam/junk folders, but no correspondence received. Even scrutinized mail routing, yet still nothing.

I'd go back to basics and confirm that your entire domain is receiving emails and rule out any issues with DNS and MX records.

I’ve checked everything and nothing appears to be wrong. I can receive emails from everyone except Meraki.
