Meraki - Network usage alerts

When receiving alerts for 20 minute usage on a network exceeding a certain amount, is there any way to customize the alert to provide additional information? Ideally if there was some way to see from the email what devices are causing the network usage to spike, as right now it merely provides a hyperlink to the client section of the dashboard.

Here is the document that explains all possible configurations in alerts.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

It doesn't seem to be possible based on this documentation, unfortunate.

Yes, you are right, but you can customize it through APIs and Webhooks.

This is unlikely ever to be done.

Client information is PII data.  Many countries have laws around PII data and controlling access to it.  You lose that control as soon as you put it in an email.
