Currenlty using Galaxy Tab A 8, Android 9, SM-T387V.
Per instructions, after a factory reset, the device is not allowing access to SM after the afw#meraki or access to the camera.
Last year, we deployed 15 devices (with work arounds) however out documentation was lost. Now, when trying to setup a device, the setup is not going as planned. For the first few times, I was able to access the camera after six (6) taps, however, no longer. Also, when entering the afw#meraki, it doesn't go to the enrollment screen.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
