Meraki Licensing - multiple licenses for one organization

Hi, I am currently facing an issue which is i have multiple keys for one organization that have different quantities of devices, so i dont want to reset the license quantity every time as i have multiple license keys so i need advice on it. On the first step to renew the license, should i click on renew my term first and then rest of the steps for the other keys will click on license more devices?

If a dashboard is expired or coming up on expiration and you receive multiple license keys to add more time you apply any of the keys first as Renewal. If you only have one license key you can stop here.

If you have multiple license keys then apply the remaining keys as Adds.

Hi @JH3 ,  I would honestly reach out to your Meraki Account Manager and discuss every angle to see which scenario is more cost effective and works for you.

if you don’t know who your AM is let us know what region you’re in and we can find a name.

Hi Darren, from my understanding, the customer has reached out to their meraki account manager, after their discussion, they has given me the multiple license keys which consists of different quantity of different model, so i was looking for an advice on how to add multiple keys for one organization as the best way so as not to invalidate the rest of license keys.

Hi @JH3 , so if I’m reading this correctly you’re at a point of renewal but have been provided various licence keys to renew/add certain models and qtys.

If you click renew and add the various keys what does the dashboard look like after they’ve been applied?  You can revert the keys if you don’t end up with what you’re expecting

I clicked on renew, and then it will reset the limit , instead show how many is applied at first, so this is first license key, i havent apply it yet, i was not sure on should i proceed with this action , before continue to add on the rest of devices, as the license is already expired. I has reached out to meraki support on this.
