Meraki Dashboard Server Error

Anyone else getting a server error when trying to access the dashboard?

 

The Meraki Status page shows 'all systems operational' which isn't true.

Thanks for bringing your issue to our attention.

 

I apologise but I must ask the obvious first, ok?

 

1) Did you try logging in using another web browser and got the same error?

2) Did you try logging in using the same web browser but in anonymous mode and got the same error?

3) Did you clear your web browser cache and tried again? What happened?

 

I'm in a different time zone so I only saw your post 7 hours after you posted. If this issue is still happening after you tried everything from your side, then maybe it's time to call Meraki Support.

I just logged into shard n85 ok.

 

The status page is not listing any outages.
