I apologise but I must ask the obvious first, ok?
1) Did you try logging in using another web browser and got the same error?
2) Did you try logging in using the same web browser but in anonymous mode and got the same error?
3) Did you clear your web browser cache and tried again? What happened?
I'm in a different time zone so I only saw your post 7 hours after you posted. If this issue is still happening after you tried everything from your side, then maybe it's time to call Meraki Support.
