MDM:DEP Page ERROR. Does this affect every Meraki DEP customer?

The exact error shown is:

"Sync failed: Terms and Conditions must be accepted. Please log into the Device Enrollment Program to accept the new Terms and Conditions on behalf of your organization."

 

Putting aside the typo 'Enrollment' > 'Enrolment'. What does this exactly mean? Will pre-enrolled DEP Devices continue to operate as normal? Or does this only affect new devices?

Apple directly have advised us the customer needs to own the Apple DEP account, or we would been in breach of the Apple DEP account terms. So given our setup we now have had to email each of our Apple DEP customers to accept the new T&C's on their account.

 

A little communication would have been nice on this.

On the Apple DEP account page it shows 'Temporarily Disabled' > 'Terms and Conditions Updated'.

 

Being only an Administrator of our company Apple DEP account, I cannot accept these and receive the following error:

"In order for you to continue using the Apple Deployment Programmes, your Agent must review and agree to new terms and conditions'.
