Issues when Adding an Admin account to Meraki Dashboard

 

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue while trying to create an admin account to access our estate via the Meraki dashboard. Although I’ve successfully created several admin accounts in the past, this particular account is not receiving the welcome or setup email.

 

I've reviewed our company’s mail flow settings, and there doesn't appear to be anything blocking the messages, as I receive other emails from Meraki. 

 

Could you please confirm whether there is a limit to the number of admin accounts that can be created, or if there are any licensing restrictions that might be affecting this?

There are no limits or licensing restrictions. I've only ever seen misspellings be the issues with the emails. Have you tried the resend option?  I suggest contacting support to see if they can see anything on their side.

Seconding @Mloraditch's thoughts here, we should have no limitations for users list as well as licensing restrictions for administrators. I just wanted to provide the expected e-mail this should be coming from, which is 'noreply@meraki.com' in the event e-mail filtering or spam categories on the users mailbox is playing a part.

 

We, Meraki Support, do have a way to validate these requests were sent out via our e-mail services - so if you are certain all looks well on that event please reach out via Dashboard > ( ? ) top-right > Get help & Cases (or call via our Support Line) and we can validate this on our end!
