Issue with opening ticket on dashboard

Hello Team

I am having issue with opening any ticket on Meraki dash board. Once clicking on ticket system instead of opening particle ticket taking me to main corp website. Issue is repeating constantly.
I can provide screen shoots or join on quick webex to show issue live if need.
