MX64 WAN and LAN ports are not lighting up and not connecting with the dashboard

Hi,

 

I have been using MX64 for quite a while. Its LAN and WAN ports went dark out of the blue. When I try to connect to a pc using the LAN ports it is recognized by the pc, but the lights don't light up and couldn't access the local status page besides it is not connecting with the dashboard.

 

the uplink device runs DHCP server and MX64 WAN port gets its IP from the DHCP server.

 

I have tried power cycling and resetting it several times,

 

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

It sounds like it may be a problem with that MX - I suggest raising a case with Meraki Support via ? (top right of the Dashboard) > Get help & cases

Then either 'Submit a case' or 'Call the Meraki Support team'.

If it's at all urgent, I'd recommend making a call.
