Integrate Meraki Dashboard with Catalyst Center-DNAC

Hello.

I have upgrade my DN3 to version 2.3.7.7 and integrate Meraki dashboard via API.

Only MR - Access Point are displayed on DNAC and i can't add them to site/provision or do much.
The MS- Switches are not displaying.

Is this a general issue?

Best Regards.

Kind of a big deal

This could be due to compatibility limitations, API permissions, or sync issues. Double-check API access, device support, and configuration settings. If the problem persists, Cisco support might have further insights. Let me know if you need help finding documentation!

My own take on this;   the integration between the two is not particularly deep.  I think what you are seeing is probably just what it supports;   Catalyst Center isn't designed as a manager of managers, in terms of Meraki Dashboard.   It's very rare for customers to have both.   It's probably more likely these days for cloud-centric customers to have Catalyst devices (C9200, C9300, C9500, certain WLCs) monitored or managed in the Meraki Dashboard.

New here

We are a large consumer with Catalyst Center.

We are doing SDA-Access and SDA-Wireless. We also have Meraki Cloud from some small wireless stuff we did are remote sites.

As someone already mentioned i dont think either platform can be the manager of the other.

i think you will have to make a fundamental choice to use MD or CC for network management.

we currently are using 9300/9500 catalyst switches.

we currently have two HA paired 9800 Wireless controllers.

we are using 4800 Series Catalyst APs and also have 9120s.

we are using EWLC controller deployments when we do wireless at FIAB (Fabric in a Box) deployments with Catalyst Center.

Our paired 9800s only manage the APs for our Main Campus Fabric.
