Getting change log longer back than 1 year

Is it possible to get change log information form before the the current listed date 5 april 2024?
We are eager to get some date form 2021 - 2024??

Hi @Peter64 ,

You should be able to see back further than 2024. If you're in the EU, it is limited to 1 year. Otherwise it is 2 years.

"The Organization > Monitor > Change Log page displays changes made in any network within the current Organization since it was created, in the last 12 months in the EU, or in the last two years in the rest of the world. "

I know that for EU it is one year, but we need to back at least to 2022-2023.....

It is not possible, for that you need to have configured a Syslog server to store your logs.

I think you can use syslog for the event logs (network-wide), but not for the change log (organization).
