I cannot receive the verification code from Meraki when I tried to login Dashboard

I cannot receive the verification code from Meraki when I tried to login Dashboard. I am in Shanghai and my cellphone can receive the verification code before. I didn't change any setting. How can I solve the login problem? thanks.

SMS is not always reliable unfortunately.  If you continue to not be able to login you can open a support case and they can turn it off with another org admins consent. Regardless I suggest switching to use an 2fa App once you are back in.

hi Mloraditch, thank you for your reply. I can download "Duo mobile", but I can not setup it as it requires the user to login Meraki Dashboard first.  Where can I open a support case to turn it off first?

You can use this form to open a support ticket for when you can not log into the Meraki Dashboard.

As soon as you regain access, set up MFA with an authenticator app.

 

I agree with @Mloraditch - TXT is not a safe MFA method.

     I submitted a Meraki Go case and I cannot find it today. They asked my below questions

When did this issue first start occurring?

I replied 8th April.
Are other administrators associated with your account also experiencing similar issues?

I keyin my colleague's email account:ken.wong@target.com
If possible, could you have another administrator attempt to log into the account and remove the two-factor authentication (2FA) requirement temporarily?

I asked my colleague to try but it seems failed. I still need the verification code. 

When I try to open another Meraki case, the page is loading all the time.
