Have an external status page so you know what parts of the Meraki system are having issues. For example, 30 minutes have passed and both of my dashboards are down.
I would agree, it would be nice to have more information other than just the simple "it's down" message.
I've never seen that error message. Not once in at least the last year+ we've been running Meraki Gear.
Just because you have not seen it does not mean others have not, particularly MSP's who deal with many customers/dashboards.
