Firmware upgrades stuck on Upgrading now

When doing firmware upgrades on MR devices, it seems that the firmware upgrades start as expected within 5 minutes when using the "Perform the upgrade now" option, and the actual duration of the upgrade is only a couple minutes, but the dashboard stays stuck at "Upgrading now" for sometimes over an hour. I always use the "Minimize upgrade time" option.

When I click to look at the list of devices, it seems our networks with MR42 devices show "Completed" but the networks with MR44 devices show "Started", although all networks show the Rollback option.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? It is greatly increasing the amount of time it takes to do various upgrades because I'm hesitant to move on to the next group of devices until I have confirmation the first group actually completed.

Edit: Well I know why the MR42 networks finish so quickly, because they aren't actually upgrading (MR 31.x.x not supported on MR42). Still doesn't tell me why the ones actually upgrading (MR44 networks) seem to take hours to report finished to the dashboard: They are all online and report the latest version, and show a brief 2-3 minute outage in connectivity at the time when the upgrade started.

What size is your network and do you have mesh enabled at all?
