Is anyone else having problems with the speed of their dashboard and saving settings?

Lots of people have been having issues over the last 2 or 3 weeks.

I haven't had any today.

Shards 184 and 199 are okay when accessing from the UK, no issues over the last week or so.

I'm on shard n263 and I'm finding it painfully slow for over a month now. When I first enter the dashboard after a period of time away, and then click on a client it often takes 25 seconds to load the page. Once I'm then it seems to be a bit quicker?
