Cases do not open

Hi everyone,

im trying to open a support-case since 2 months. It says success, but in my list it never shows up. Also in the picture below via submit an email case, it never works.

Do anybody else have problems with that? I need help regarding some problems, but i can not get in touch with an engineer from meraki.

Never had an issue raising cases.

Assuming you're an administrator it shouldn't be a problem.

Try calling support instead.

Hi,

im an administrator for multiple organizations.
Calling support is possible, but i only tried german-support number and the quality was miserable. I never understood someone and was not successful over phone either.

What email address are you using, if you try raising a case that way?
