Trying to clean out some old customers. Some of these are long turned off for non-payment (letting licenses expire) and I cannot remove the networks or devices. I have 13 of these. Should I just work with support to get them cleaned up and deleted?
When you go out of license compliance it does lock down most if not all features besides claiming a license. If you are unable to remove devices and admins then I would reach out to support and they should be able to assist.
