Authentication with sms cisco meraki

Good evening, does SMS authentication for Cisco Meraki incur an additional fee for texting? Because I read this entry in the documentation.

Users enter a mobile phone number and receive an authorization code via SMS.After a trial period of 25 texts, you will need to connect with your Twilio account on the Network wide settings page.

Please try and avoid SMS for MFA.  You are going to be compromised if someone SIM jacks you.
