Apply licenses from single order to multiple orgs?

My customer has multiple sites and we have these setup as individual organizations (instead of multiple networks under one org), because of some meshed VPN issues we have to work around. Several of these sites/orgs have licenses expiring; so I purchased renewals for all three sites under one order w our distributor. Now I am unsure if/how I can apply these to the various orgs with only one dashboard license key.

i.e. I bought 4 x LIC-ENT-3YR and 3 x LIC-MX67-SEC-3YR, and have the order info and license key. I need to apply 1 x LIC-MX67-SEC-3YR to org A, 1 x LIC-MX67-SEC-3YR and 2 x LIC-ENT-3YR to org B, and 1 x LIC-MX67-SEC-3YR and 2 x LIC-ENT-3YR to org C.

You can move licenses between orgs as long as the user actioning is an Administrator of both Orgs.
