Admin confirmation email and 2FA
Good day,
I have 5 assigned admins which not responded to their confirmation email.
Please correct me if I am wrong- once they acknowledge the email- they can assign their own access password or do I as the admin granting them access to my environment?
Also, I have another admin where I need to reset their 2FA. How do I do this?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

They receive an invite email and would choose their own passwords.
If an admin with 2FA auth can't login another admin can delete and recreate their account and they can re-enable/enroll 2FA.

Hello,
I hope this message finds you all well. I am writing to seek assistance with accessing my Meraki Dashboard account. Unfortunately, I recently lost my phone, which had the Authenticator app I use for two-factor authentication (2FA) to access my account. As a result, I am currently unable to log in to the Meraki Dashboard.
Despite my efforts, I have been unable to retrieve my 2FA codes or use backup methods to regain access. I have also checked for any backup codes that might have been provided during the setup of 2FA but could not find them.
Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your guidance on how to resolve this issue.
