Accept administrator privileges --- newer seems to work right

Is it just me or the Accept administrator privileges functionality is buggy as hell? I keep on getting prompted to access the same org over and over yet I can't ever get them to be properly added to my console. 

Is there a proper way to do this? Or even better, if our admin delegates access why do we even get prompted to accept... that's just a bit of a nuisance IMO.

Tried clearing cookies and session cache... seems to work sometimes but no always.

When ever I gte new admin rights, I have to go through each and every Org I have access to, and accept the new Admin rights for the new Org.

However, if I click on the link in the email that is sent, that usually seems to be enough.

But I'm still supprised that the other method seems to be so buggy, yes.

It's been like this since forever, if I remember correctly.

The hiccup appears to be when added to an Organisation that enforces 2MFA.  I’ve had to log out numerous times and re-accept the requests.
