Awesome! I haven't been to Louisiana yet, but it's definitely on my list. I want to try a true Beignet!

I am in no way a food connoisseur, but of the few I've eaten, the best beignets that I've had were at Café Du Monde in the French Quarter.  Hope you get a chance to go, I would definitely go during a Mardi Gras or festival time of year.  Lot of fun!
