@AhmedHamad-SM I don't think it is available in the Oracle cloud, the datasheet only mentions Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Alibaba and Cisco's Nevis: vMX-datasheet-20230421-english.pdf

Correct - no VMX for Oracle at this time.  Please contact your Cisco account team where they can register your interest and keep you updated.
