AnyConnect stop working every 20 days, with MX 450 HA, I resolve the issue with Failover always

AnyConnect stop working every 20 days, with MX 450 HA, I resolve the issue with Failover always

 

Anyconnect Client stop working for all Clients and we getting timeout while we try to connect back to Anyconnect , any idea how to resolve this issue,  , Meraki Support try alot but no luck

Try troubleshooting during the issue before failing over.

Also, take a packet capture on the MX's WAN to see if any traffic is arriving during the issue and also to validate that there are no drops.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
