Azure Meraki vMX

Hello All,

I want to set up Azure virtual desktop enviorment. AVD traffic should be coming on Meraki vMx  (Azure) as gateway. With this virtual meraki device , we will set up S2S tunnel  with umbrella for protection.

Does this vMx work in routed mode as we have in physical appliance ?

You might find it easier to put the Cisco Secure Client Umbrella module on each virtual desktop.  Then you don't have to worry about the routing.

does the umbrella client work in a mass deployment environment such as AVD? we have previously installed it and then sysprepped for computer deployment, and ended up with many computers with the same name in the umbrella portal.
