Audio Issues on Voip calls

I work for a telecom company.  Weve recently had a number of customers who installed Meraki MX products start having audio issues on voip calls.  If we remove the Meraki, everything works fine.

Are there known issues with these devices and VoIP?  Recommendations?

Not knowing specifics of your customer's environments have you/they taken a look here: https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Tools_and_Troubleshooting/VoIP_on_Cisco_Mera...

There's a number of general things that should be noted. My initial suspicion is they have multiple WANs and load balancing may be causing issues, but there are a number of other possibilities like firewall settings, IPS, AMP, etc. If these are all distinct environments I might suggest starting with one and working with Meraki support to try to track down the precise issue.

Thanks.  Ill recommend this doc to our customers and their IT management.  Theses routers are customer owned, so we have no idea what the config looks like either.  But this seems to be a popular problem with them
