Virtual Meraki Question

Hi , is virtual Meraki option is available through MSLA program. Also can Meraki be provisioned on Nutanix

Meraki is not in the MSLA Program. The only private cloud that supports vMX right now is Cisco's NFVIS.

I can't quite prove either thing as you can't prove a negative, but as you can see the only install guide for a non public cloud for vMX is NFVIS

As to MSLA the partner documentation does not have Meraki. I can't share any of that directly but your partner or Cisco AM may be able to confirm.
