CCA busy

Comes here often

CCA busy

The network is running poorly with connection loss when moving.

Especially VC units on wheels in one of our hospitals.

There are a large number of 2.4 and 5gig bad network points of CCA busy.

This seemed to come about abruptly a few weeks ago.

Have you considered reducing the number of APs on the same channel to alleviate congestion?

Have you tried enabling the AI RRM so it can try and learn the environment to minimise issues?  At a minimum, try enabling the AI channel planning.

Have you created a wireless RF profile to reduce the channel width to 20 MHz, increase the minimum bitrate (to improve roaming and performance) and lowered the power levels to free up channel capacity?

These are some fairly safe settings.
