I've verified that the Safe Mode setting isn't checked in the Local settings on the MG51E.
I've Reset the device.
Anyone else seen this on any MG devices?
Is the device checking into dashboard?
yes, thats where I'm seeing the "Safe Mode Detected"
It takes a really long time to the device to boot up and then I think it connects anyway the Light is whiteish
I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team, they will work with you to troubleshoot this.
I did, it's assigned to Engineering as I tried (3) MG51E I had on the shelf and they are all giving the same message.

Looks like it was fixed on the backend
I’ve had it on MG41 brand new out of box. Rebooting lime 4-5 times fixes it. I reboot and wait for it to appear online on the dashboard. Factory reset does fix it, but it sometimes doesn’t.
