MG21E unable to connect to internet over LTE

Have a customer with an MG21E demo unit.  They are unable to get the gateway to connect to AT&T using a sim from another device that was just connected to AT&T without issue.  When the SIM is inserted it shows that there is a connection, but the carrier shows up as "Home" and there is no internet connection.  When SIM is removed, it's clear that it no longer detects it.  Reseating and power cycling do not have any impact.

Can you factory reset it. And start it with sim inserted and only the power connected.

Figured this one out - it's a resold SIM from TracFone. While it technically registers back through AT&T, it isn't from AT&T.  May not be technically supported, but will work if you change the APN to "Reseller" and specify IPv4.

Interesting that the same SIM works fine in a Cradle Point modem, probably worth Meraki looking into.
