Default APN using Telenor

How does the MG determine its default APN for the different Service Providers?

The correct apn for this provider is telenor.smart, but Meraki uses some old APN (internet.ventelo.no) that existed many years ago when a virtual service provider called Ventelo used Telenor as their "carrier". How do we go about changing this?

This example is an MG21, but I have the same problem with MG41's too.

MG is not a Meraki Go product. It’s the Meraki Cellular Gateway. 🙂

You need to get in touch with your service provider. They can change the default APN for that subscription.

But you’ll likely need to get in touch with some back office. Very likely the first line support won’t know anything you’re talking about, if you call them.

I went through something similar with a major Danish carrier a while back.
