Dear all, I have put some IP in vlan 1 on my Switchs and after I have change Switch vlan to vlan 5, so 3 of my switch are joined the new vlan but 2 of them were block in the previous vlan. Please how to erase a cloud configuration on a Switch and put a new configuration on the cloud? I have remove the switch from the cloud, reset it and reput in the cloud but the issue still persist. Please someone can help me?
