Thank you. that was my thought as well. But if that happened it would have been at least 2 weeks ago and still didn't revert back. I disabled WAN2 allowed this device to go back using WAN1. I have now turned off the graceful failover. Hoping that helps. Thanks again. We shall see!

I have a SIP device that needs to go out and back using the same internet link. We have 2links on the MX now. I have WAN1 set as the primary NO load balancing set. Flow Preference is set to WAN1 as well. I have a device 192.168.42.56 with a rule in the flow preference to use WAN1 as default. This SIP device is not registering correctly to the SIP service because it is going out using WAN2. How do you setup flow preferences to allow this device to always use internet1?
