Just curious if its possible to assign the same ISP address to WAN 1 of the primary MX and also the same IP on the WAN 2 of the Spare MX (HA)? The WAN 1 interface on the spare MX will be the primary ISP which will allow access to the dashboard. We only have a /30 for our primary ISP so I was wondering if it was possible to use the same WAN on both MXs. I'm assuming the spare unit will be communicating with the primary through our local switch using the MX uplink IPs.

We received a large order of Meraki equipment, along with license but haven't received the email with the order number. Can Meraki or Cisco support find that order number for me? I tried to open a Meraki support case but it only gave me options to open a ticket on current equipment or network.

I added 8.8.8.8 to the secondary DNS to WAN2 and it became Ready. Seems strange that WAN1 internet had no issues with using internel DNS servers for both primary/secondary and WAN2 internet, just adding 8.8.8.8 as the secondary DNS worked. Thanks for everyones help.

Unfortunately I'm not on site to do that, can I assume what I'm seeing is not the corrtect? You think a reboot of the device would help? Its a production site so reboots will have to be done early in the morning.

I just connected the 2nd internet to WAN2, in the dashboard I statically configured network for WAN2. The WAN2 is showing failed, is this as designed? In tools I can ping out from WAN2 to 8.8.8.8 or the other ISP GW, I would expect that the WAN2 to show active. Any help would be appreciated.
